A SWIFT INTRODUCTION

Just to make things clear, I am writing this purely for others experiencing the damaging effects of having fallen for what is now termed a covert narcissist. When we use the word narcissist, we usually think of someone who is flamboyant in nature, but the covert variety operates under the radar.

The longer you are with them, the more chance they have to change your mindset. This does not mean you are weak-minded. They are naturally masters of manipulation and well-versed in tactics to extract what they desire from you. Anything you receive from a covert narcissist will have a purpose
that benefits them personally.

The chances are, they will almost certainly take it back from you after discarding you from their lives and moving on. I will, of course, be sharing my own experience with such a person. To protect identities in alignment with legalities, I shall be referring to her as Nikki. After this, I will go into an
additional part of this book to inform you where I got help when my life was turned upside-down.

I must also stress, I am not a professional
writer, and apologise in advance for any
typos and grammar mistakes I make along
the way.
To my beautiful children, I am absolutely certain that if you ever read this book and figure out my real identity, I wish you to see how long and hard I fought to remain in your lives, despite how chipped my own life became. You are not at fault for any of
this, and please do not be cross at your mother either. I love you both; you are my dream come true twofold. You will adapt throughout life and see your own truths. Just know I will be there for you until I pass into the hereafter, like a sanctuary
from how things may go between you and Mummy. I hope you profit from this book.
